U18 team - Christy McDaid & Patrick McLaughlin take the U18 team to Fanad United on Saturday 10th for an Ulster Cup tie KO in Fanad is 1pm

Fun Soccer - starts back this Saturday 10th January'09. The Inaugural 'Charlie O'Donnell Memorial Cup' 7-a-side astro-turf competition took place on Sunday 28th Dec'08. The Youths results were as follows; 2-2 draw with Carrowmena FC, 4-1 defeat to Moville Celtic FC and then in their final game the youths lost 7-2 to Illies Celtic FC

The Inishowen Football League have launched a new football competition this season in memory of the late Charlie O'Donnell, former Chairman of Cockhill Celtic Y&FC and the IFL. The Inaugural 'Charlie O'Donnell Memorial Cup' kicks of this Sunday 28th December'08 at 1pm in a competition that will see all clubs in the IFL represented. The format is a 7-a-side astro-turf competition with the clubs divided into 3 groups of four and one group of 5 with all group winners going forward to the semi-finals & Final on Friday 02nd January'09. Cockhill Celtic FC are playing their games at home and are in a group with Carrowmena FC, Moville Celtic FC & Illies FC (First game is at 1.00pm)

USL team - lost at home to neighbours Buncrana Hearts 1-0 on Sunday, the game bringing to an end a very long season for Donal and the boys. The team had a very good season in general finishing third place in the league behind Kildrum & Fanad

Youth team - had no game last week but are back in league action this week with a home fixture against Carrowmena FC on Sunday KO @ 2pm

Reserves team - started their league campaign on Sunday with a hard fought 2-2 draw away to Carn. The boys went 1-0 up thanks to a great goal from Tommy Doherty but had to rely on Substitute Jason Lyons scoring late on to go home with a share of the points. Next week is a home fixture with Moville Celtic Reserves KO @ 11am

Youth team - had no fixture due to the Oscar Traynor team playing. The team get back into action this week when they travel to Glengad United on Sunday KO 2pm

USL team - suffered a 5-1 defeat at home to Kildrum Tigers in the FAI Intermediate Cup, Aiden O'Donnell getting the only goal. Donal will be hoping for good news on the injury front as the squad is down to the bare bones at the moment. League fixture next week see local press for details

Youth team - recorded a very good 6-1 victory on Sunday last with goals from Aiden Porter, James O'Donnell (2), Darragh Lyons (2) & Christopher McDermott. The victory was important as the boys try to keep in touch with the teams at the top of the division

Reserves team - had a very good 5-3 victory over Carndonagh on Sunday. 2-0 up early on with goals from Kevin McDaid and Gordan Duncan the boys let it slip and the teams went in level at the break. The boys went 3-2 down early in the second half but must be praised to show great spirit to fight back and score 3 goals in a 20 minute period and run out 5-3 winners to give them a chance in the group
