ILLIES CELTIC

FORMED IN 1977 by Andy mc Laughlin, Owen mc Carron and John Grant. 

They played in a lot of different pitches all over the Illies for many years but in 1998 their own pitch and clubhouse was officially opened .The club put a reserve team into the league in 1998. The club now has teams in Inishowen youth league at under 10 under 12 under16 and under 18 level as well it has a ladies team girls under14 and under 16 in Inishowen ladies league. Illies Celtic has had many Successful seasonsbut our best ever was in the 2002/03 season when they won Five trophies namelyInishowen league, west end league cup, top four cup the Knockalla caravans cup and
