Section -18   The Lodging of Appeals

(1) Appeals must be to the League Secretary in Writing signed by the club secretary or assistant secretary by registered post bearing a postmark within seventy-two hours (72) of receipt of the original decision.

(2) All appeals must be accompanied with the prescribed fee as laid down at the start of the season.

(3) If the appeal is upheld the fee will be returned.

(4) The fee must be paid by any of the following methods; Postal Order; Money Order; Bank Cheque (Draft); Cheque.

(5) If cash is included, the protest will be ruled out of order

(6) If the protest is lost the fee will be retained

(7) The appellant must set out clearly the grounds on which the appeal is based if the appeal is not clearly stated the appeal may be rejected.

(8) At the hearing of an appeal the club or clubs concerned may request to attend or be requested to attend by League Management.

(9) The decision of the body appealed against may be upheld, varied or reversed.
