Section -17 The lodging of Protests
(1) Protests must be lodged by registered post bearing a postmark within seventy-two hours (72) of the game to the League Secretary.
(2) All protests must be accompanied with the prescribed fee laid down at the start of the season.
(3) If a protest is upheld the fee will be returned.
(4) The fee must be paid by any of the following methods; Postal Order; Money Order; Bank Cheque (Draft); Cheque.
(5) If cash is included, the protest will be ruled out of order.
(6) If the protest is lost the fee will be retained.
(7) A copy of protest must be sent by registered post bearing a post mark within seventy-two hours (72) of the cause of protest to the club under protest.
(8) The protester must set out clearly the grounds on which the protest is based.
(9) At the hearing of a protest the club or clubs concerned may be requested to attend.
(10) All counter-protests must be lodged by registered post within seventy-two hours (72) of receipt of protest.
