Section – 02 Meetings
(01) Notification of the date of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and all matters it is intended to include in the agenda together with details of resolutions and proposed alterations must be sent in writing to each club by the honorary Secretary.

(02) Each affiliated club shall be entitled to representation at the AGM by two (2) delegates.

(03) No two clubs may be represented by one and the same delegate.

(04) Members of the retiring League Committee shall have full voting powers.

(05) A Special General Meeting may be called for by the Committee as they may deem necessary.

(06) A Special General Meeting shall also be called, upon receipt by the Honorary Secretary of the league of a requisition, signed by two-thirds (2/3) of the secretaries of all affiliated clubs.

(07) No business shall be transferred at such meetings except that specified in the requisition to, or contained in, the agenda issued by the Honorary Secetrary of this League.

(08) Seven days notice shall be given by the secretary to all clubs.

(09) Management Committee and /or Club Delegates shall meet each month during the season.

(10) Meetings will take place each month during the season with the exception of January and May.

(11) Only the club delegate will have the right to vote in matters requiring a vote.

(12) Any club with more than one team will be required to have one delegate represent each team at the delegate meeting.

(13) At each monthly meeting there shall be a Roll-call to record the attendance record of clubs.

(14) All club representatives will sign an attendance record.

(15) The Disciplinary Committee will meet at its own discretion.

(16) At these meetings the referee reports will be read and decisions will be made accordingly.

(17) Any club shall be entitled to appeal against the decision initially made by the Disciplinary Committee to the Management Committee.

(18) Any member of the Management Committee who is absent from two successive meetings without good and acceptable reason may be understood and taken to have given implicit resignation from the Management Committee.

(19) All League meetings are to be non –smoking.
