Section 7 Transfer of Players

(01) A player may be transferred from one team to another providing that both teams and the player are agreeable.

(02) No Player may be transferred until a minimum of eight games of the current season has elapsed.

(03) The management Committee must also agree to the transfer.

(04) In certain cases, the League Management Committee may order the release of a player

(04.1) A Player can only transfer once a season.

(05) A Player transfer form will be provided for the making of a transfer application.

(06) No other means of transfer will be acceptable. In order to make a transfer,
the club wishing to make the transfer must.
Get the player’s signature on the form
Get the secretary of the holding club (club granting transfer) to sign the application
Get the secretary of the transferring club (club seeking transfer) to sign the application.

(07) The completed transfer application form must be presented to the league registrar or such other person nominated by the Management Committee before the League delegate meeting commences.

(07.1) The transfer must be read out at the meeting and recorded in the minutes.

(08) A transfer may be granted at any monthly meeting of the League up to the transfer deadline.

(09) At no other time will a transfer be made but the application for the transfer of a player may be with the registrar or any such person nominated by the Management Committee anytime before the meeting.

(10) A transfer fee is payable to the League for the transfer of a player.

(11) The amount of the fee is as per the schedule of fees as laid down at the start of the season. The fee must accompany the application.

(12) Transfer applications will not be considered after the delegate meeting in February each year.
